Last Place of Employment Mr. Willis proudly states that his professional career began at the Coffee Industry Board.
 
Experience in Coffee He has spent 25 years in processing, shipping, quality control, inspection, quality assurance and cup-testing of coffee.
 
Other Qualifications Mr. Willis has an Executive MBA, a BSc. in Management Studies and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
 
Brief History

While at the Coffee Industry Board, Mr. Willis has worked in the following positions:


   1. Works Supervisor in finishing processes (’83 – ’87)


   2. Manager in finishing processes (’87 – ’91)


   3. Quality Assurance Manager (’91– Present)


 
Outlook for the Jamaican coffee industry Mr. Willis believes that the industry is at a crossroads, and that it should navigate its desired path by maintaining good, high-quality products through good agronomic practices followed by proper processing, handling, packaging and marketing. He is confident that if there is improved efficiency, it could redound to the viability of the industry.
