COFFEE DEALERS

• Look for alert in the local press
• Download application form from http://www.ciboj.org
• Completed Application Form
• Application Processing Fee of $5,000.
• TRN Number
• Copies of your business’ incorporation documents
• References from 2 business associates
• A Banker’ Reference
• A valid Agricultural Produce Licence
• 3 year Business Concept
• Farm/production capacity of at least
• 6,000 boxes of cherry coffee per crop year (evidenced by records/reports of last 3 years prior to application)

Fees
Application Processing Fee of $5,000.
Late application processing fee of $10,000.0

SPECIAL COFFEE DEALERS

• Application Processing Fee of $5,000 (except for students).
• TRN Number
• Provide copies of your business’ incorporation documents  (except for students).
• References from 2 business associates (except for students).
• A Banker’ Reference (except for students).
• A valid Agricultural Produce Licence
• Explanation regarding purpose of application (with documentary evidence where necessary)

Fees
Application Processing Fee of $5,000 (except for students).
Late application processing fee of $10,000.00

NURSERY

• Application Processing Fee of $2,000.
• TRN Number
• Proof of ownership of/permission to use the land
• Bank Statement/proof of other source of funding
• A valid Agricultural Produce Licence;
• 3 year Business Concept
• Production capacity of at least 5,000 Seedlings per annum

Fees
Application Processing Fee of $2,000.
Late application processing fee of $4,000.00

• A valid NEPA Licence/Permit
• A detailed description of the proposed process
• Farm/production capacity of at least 6,000 boxes of cherry coffee per crop year (evidenced by records/reports of last 3 years prior to application) 
• A valid licence under the Factories Act
